Medical appointments
GP, specialist, hospital, dental, allied health and pathology — including waiting with you and taking notes.
Our services
Reliable transport to the places you need to be — with support that doesn't stop at the kerb.
A lift on its own solves half the problem. The hard part is often the appointment itself — remembering what the specialist said, filling in the form, finding the right desk in a hospital that changed its layout again.
Your worker stays with you for as much of that as you want. They can wait in the waiting room, come in and take notes, help you ask the questions you meant to ask, and make sure you get home with the script, the referral and a clear idea of what happens next.
We wait, we take notes, and we make sure the script and the referral come home with you. Getting there was never the whole job.

Getting started
Where, when, how long it usually takes, and what support you want at the other end.
Vehicle, accessibility, kilometre costs and pick-up times, agreed in writing upfront.
Your worker collects you from your door and stays as long as the appointment needs.
You're taken home, helped inside, and anything that came out of the visit is noted.
Common questions
Travel time is charged as support hours, and kilometres travelled are charged at a set per-kilometre rate. Both are quoted before your first trip and itemised on every invoice, so there are no surprises.
Yes, if you want them to. Some people prefer their worker waits outside; others want them in the room taking notes. It's entirely your choice and you can decide differently each visit.
In many cases yes, but it depends on the equipment and the vehicle available in your area. Tell us what you use when you enquire and we'll confirm honestly whether we can accommodate it.
Send a referral or call us — we’ll confirm availability in your area, answer your questions and put a simple service agreement in place. No pressure, no obligation.
