Our services

Personal Care & Daily Living Support

Discreet, unhurried help with the parts of the day that have become harder — delivered the way you like them done, by workers you know.

  • From 2 hours, up to daily
  • Police-checked, First Aid certified
  • Worker gender of your choice

Support with your morning and evening, on your terms

Personal care is the most intimate support we provide, so we treat it that way. Before anything starts we sit down with you and write down how you like things done — which side you prefer to be helped from, the order you dress in, the products you use, how much you want to do yourself.

Your support worker follows that plan every visit. Where you can do something yourself, they step back and let you; where you need a hand, it is there without you having to ask twice. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is done to you without being talked through first.

This is usually the right fit if

  • Getting showered, dressed or ready for bed has become tiring or unsafe alone
  • You want to stay in your own home rather than move into care
  • A family carer is doing personal care and would rather return to being family
  • You are managing a disability, injury, or recovery after a hospital stay

The plan is written in your words, not ours. If you want the radio on, tea before the shower and nobody touching the good towels — that is what happens, every visit.
